- Develop and present strategic foresight roadmaps to executive stakeholders

- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks ensuring responsible technological deployment
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging societal and business paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking ability
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented innovation frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
