Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
