Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Produce actionable scenario plans for market evolution through 2026
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and market shifts affecting 2026 landscapes
- Maintain competitive intelligence and disruption radar systems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-year strategic implementations
