Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks using AI-powered trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum, biotech, and climate-tech domains
- Produce annual 2026 Horizon Reports with validated predictions and risk assessments
- Design resilience protocols for organizations facing paradigm shifts
- Mentor junior futurists and build a proprietary foresight methodology
- Present strategic briefings to executive boards and investor consortia
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, WEF reports, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Proven track record of developing long-range strategic frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Systems Engineering, or MBA
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
