Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive innovations
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of future technologies
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and technology scouting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-disruptive products/services
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps beyond 2025
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills
- Strong background in risk assessment and innovation governance
