Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience with 7+ years in strategic foresight
- Published work on AI ethics or climate technology adoption (IEEE/Nature journals)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to global implementation
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, biotech, or renewable energy systems
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, R, Julia) and predictive modeling
- Experience advising governments on technology policy (OECD/G20 preferred)
