- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof business models
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, industry disruptors, and academic thought leaders
- Present foresight findings to boards and investors through compelling visual storytelling
- Drive organizational adoption of agile strategic planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures research methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and board-level presentation experience
- Track record of translating foresight into measurable business outcomes and revenue growth
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., APF, CFIP) required
