Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming store environment.
- Assist customers in finding products, providing detailed product knowledge, and processing sales transactions efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Maintain the visual presentation of the sales floor, ensuring merchandise is organized, stocked, and displayed according to company standards.
- Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy, balancing the register at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with the team to execute visual merchandising updates and promotional displays.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems and mobile devices is a plus.
