Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized product demonstrations to drive weekend sales conversions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling
- Meet/exceed weekly sales targets while maintaining premium service standards
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized sales documentation
- Collaborate with floor teams to optimize weekend inventory and merchandising
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training for new arrivals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays) and peak holiday periods
- Strong product demonstration abilities in high-traffic environments
- Proficiency with POS systems and sales analytics tools
- Valid Virginia driver's license preferred
