Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Excellence: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that provide solutions, ensuring all sales goals are met.
- Customer Service: Deliver world-class service by greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience from start to finish.
- Store Operations: Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Transaction Management: Accurately process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges using our POS system with a high degree of precision.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with fellow associates and management to achieve team targets and support store initiatives during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications

- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible hours as needed.
