- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless store operations
- Track sales performance metrics and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Participate in weekend promotions and special event activations
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail sales experience with proven weekend shift availability
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems and point-of-sale technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build customer rapport
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in commission-based roles
- Ability to work independently during peak weekend hours (Fri-Sun)
- Valid Washington state driver's license for occasional inventory runs
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory reconciliation
