Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly to create a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and proactively recommend products and services that align with their preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to foster brand loyalty.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with inventory.
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure displays are appealing and on-brand.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus).
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on the customer.
- Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
