Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Execution: Drive store revenue by actively selling products, handling transactions, and utilizing upselling techniques.
- Store Operations: Maintain store appearance, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and process stock replenishment as needed.
- Weekend Leadership: Support store management during peak weekend hours, ensuring operational standards are met.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and some weekday evenings.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred; training is provided for the right candidate.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and navigate the sales floor efficiently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate POS systems.
