Responsibilities
- Engage customers warmly and provide product recommendations to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in accordance with company standards.
- Restock merchandise and ensure product displays are fully stocked and rotated.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to all store policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
