As a Weekend Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving our weekend foot traffic and converting it into revenue. We provide comprehensive training and a supportive environment where your success is directly tied to your effort.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily and weekly sales goals through proactive customer engagement and effective upselling techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience for every visitor.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and merchandise displays.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately to process transactions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve collective store targets and execute weekend promotional events.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions to maximize revenue per customer.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a professional, solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to earn based on performance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
