Responsibilities

- Stock shelves and maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor according to company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets and promotional goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on service recovery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
