Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing product recommendations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions efficiently at the POS, handling cash, credit, and gift cards accurately.
- Merchandise the sales floor to company standards, keeping the store organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Upsell products and services to meet individual and store sales targets.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required.
