Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products to meet sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Provide world-class service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and resolving any concerns efficiently.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates and management to ensure store operations run smoothly during weekend shifts.
- Operations Support: Assist with inventory management, processing transactions accurately, and adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude is a must.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers and team members.
