Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming store environment that encourages shopping.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Handle returns and exchanges with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and promotional goals.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude is a must.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for occasional evening shifts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Proficiency with technology and point-of-sale systems.
