Responsibilities
- Engage customers proactively to identify needs and recommend appropriate products to drive sales.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and price changes.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
