Responsibilities
- Engage with customers proactively to provide exceptional service and drive sales.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the register.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Upsell products and cross-sell to increase average transaction value.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience is a strong plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
