Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and exceed monthly targets through exceptional customer service and upselling techniques.
- Greet and assist customers enthusiastically, providing product recommendations and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels, stock shelves, and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and support store operations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as part of the core schedule.
- Basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory management.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Proactive attitude with a keen focus on customer satisfaction and team success.
