Responsibilities
- Drive sales and meet or exceed individual and team targets on the weekend floor.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and resolving inquiries effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak weekend hours.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with technology, including POS systems and basic computer functions.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
