Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers to the store, establishing a friendly and professional rapport.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their specific needs and offer knowledgeable recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Drive store sales goals by actively promoting products and participating in promotional events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
