Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products or services.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service to ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience, leading to repeat business.
- Sales Goals: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our inventory, product features, and promotions to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members and store leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and some weekdays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Motivated to work in a commission-based environment and hit sales targets.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
