Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect products by asking open-ended questions and identifying their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Drive sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as part of a full-time schedule.
- Basic math skills for transaction processing.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
