Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and problem-solving
- Meet/exceed sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an engaging store environment
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and store goals
- Participate in weekend inventory management and stock replenishment

Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail software
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
