Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Performance: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and product promotion.
- Customer Excellence: Provide world-class service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Merchandising & Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by executing visual merchandising standards and inventory organization.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the retail team to ensure seamless operations, assist in stock replenishment, and support promotional events.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register while adhering to company policies and cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail sales experience is preferred; a strong attitude for learning is a must.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and have flexibility for occasional shifts during the week.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
