Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience in premium environments
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in commission-based roles
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
