Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the weekend shifts.
- Identify customer needs and suggest add-on products to increase sales.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure retention.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and cash registers.
