Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and present products and services that best fit their lifestyle.
- Sales Execution: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to every client, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Merchandising: Maintain the visual appearance of the sales floor, ensuring products are stocked, organized, and displayed according to company standards.
- Operational Support: Assist in processing transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere during peak weekend hours.

Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional weekday shifts if necessary.
