Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet sales targets.
- Customer Excellence: Provide a premium in-store experience, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS systems.
- Merchandising: Maintain visual standards, restock inventory, and organize displays to attract customers.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas set by management.
- Feedback: Communicate customer feedback and product needs to the management team to help improve operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to work towards targets and achieve high performance metrics.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
