Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience with proven track record
- Strong product knowledge and ability to quickly learn new merchandise categories
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport instantly
- Proficiency in handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems
- Flexible availability including Saturdays and Sundays (weekend shifts required)
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
