Responsibilities
- Drive sales through personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Execute visual merchandising plans to optimize product presentation
- Build lasting client relationships through follow-up communication
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in weekend inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer-facing sales role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and mobile technology
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-8PM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
