Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs and budget.
- Sales Execution: Utilize consultative selling techniques to drive sales and exceed weekly targets.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor at all times.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required for high performers.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
