Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and needs-based selling
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain attractive displays and store aesthetics
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining brand loyalty
- Participate in product knowledge training to stay current on inventory features
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude with problem-solving orientation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred for store transfers
