Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service through product knowledge and styling expertise
- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash security
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an inviting store environment
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain inventory accuracy and stockroom organization
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and replenishment processes
- Support store opening/closing procedures for weekend shifts
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and holiday seasons
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transactions
- Proficiency with retail POS systems (training provided)
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills
- Passion for fashion and trend awareness
- Availability to work 16-24 hours weekly on weekends
