Responsibilities

- Execute visual merchandising standards to create engaging store environments
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing transactions and returns
- Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory accuracy and stockroom organization
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
- Support store operations during peak weekend shopping periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transactions
- Proficiency with retail technology and POS systems
- Visual merchandising experience preferred
- Availability to work occasional weekday evenings for training
