Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers immediately upon arrival to create a welcoming shopping atmosphere.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Provide product recommendations and answer questions to help customers find exactly what they need.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store through proper merchandising and display organization.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while maintaining energy and enthusiasm.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and financial transactions.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
