Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Achieve daily sales targets through upselling and cross-merchandising techniques
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an attractive sales floor
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay current on inventory
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling POS transactions
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) with potential holiday shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Attention to detail in merchandising and inventory tasks
- Positive attitude with problem-solving aptitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
