Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures capable of supporting high-volume, low-latency operations.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for the Vision 2026 platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and future tech trends.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor, refactor, and optimize legacy systems to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Architecture: Strong knowledge of system design patterns, distributed systems, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver solutions under tight deadlines.
