- Drive sales through personalized customer consultations and product knowledge
- Exceed daily sales targets while maintaining premium brand standards
- Process transactions accurately and maintain visual merchandising excellence
- Build lasting client relationships through follow-up and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide KPIs and seasonal goals
- Train on new product lines and retail technologies
- Support inventory management and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years high-end retail or luxury sales experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve/exceed sales quotas
- Strong visual merchandising and product presentation skills
- Proficiency with POS systems (Square/Shopify preferred)
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Valid Oregon driver's license (if required for inventory duties)
