Responsibilities
- Drive sales through personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Exceed daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining premium service standards
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash management
- Execute visual merchandising plans to enhance product displays and store appeal
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
