Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales and build brand loyalty
- Actively promote products and upsell/cross-sell based on customer needs
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily/monthly sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly
- Participate in store operations including stock replenishment and cleaning
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience required
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems (training provided)
