Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth: actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products/services to meet their requirements.
- Customer Experience: provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, processing transactions efficiently, and ensuring a welcoming store environment.
- Merchandising: maintain high visual standards by organizing displays, restocking inventory, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and presentable.
- Team Collaboration: work closely with the management team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and bonus goals.
- Feedback Loop: communicate customer feedback and market trends to the management team to help improve our products and services.
- Promotions: assist in planning and executing local promotional events and sales campaigns to attract new customers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required; we value attitude and enthusiasm.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers and team members.
