- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and sales solutions

- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability

- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational excellence
- Inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure product availability

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred (training provided for motivated candidates)
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with cash handling accuracy
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory software
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for store transfers)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
