Responsibilities
- Drive sales through product knowledge upselling and personalized customer engagement
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising plans to create compelling in-store displays

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales targets

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with retail POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-focused mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Washington state driver's license preferred
