Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and style consultations
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Manage visual merchandising displays to attract customers and showcase seasonal collections
- Restock inventory, organize stockrooms, and ensure sales floor presentation meets brand standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory counts and participate in quarterly stock audits

Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old with legal authorization to work in the US
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
