Responsibilities

- Lead ESG digital transformation initiatives integrating carbon accounting with ERP systems
- Develop AI-driven predictive models for energy/water/resource optimization
- Architect blockchain solutions for transparent supply chain sustainability tracking
- Drive circular economy platform development for waste reduction and material reuse
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and sustainability specialists
- Report on tech-enabled sustainability KPIs to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in sustainability/carbon tech
- Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IoT ecosystems
- Proven track record deploying AI/ML for environmental impact metrics
- Experience with blockchain implementations for supply chain transparency
- Certification in sustainability frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Strong background in circular economy software development
- Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Published thought leadership on climate-tech innovation
