Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 Sustainability Roadmap with quantifiable targets for carbon neutrality, waste reduction, and biodiversity restoration
- Lead stakeholder engagement with investors, NGOs, and regulatory bodies to align sustainability initiatives with global frameworks (SBTi, GRI)
- Architect circular economy systems across supply chains, reducing virgin material dependency by 40% by 2026
- Overhead AI-powered sustainability analytics platform to predict resource optimization and climate risks
- Drive innovation in sustainable technologies including carbon capture, water recycling, and regenerative agriculture
- Lead corporate policy advocacy for environmental justice and equitable climate transition
- Report on planetary health metrics using integrated ecological accounting systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven expertise in developing corporate sustainability roadmaps with 2020-2030 climate targets
- Advanced knowledge of ESG frameworks (SASB, TCFD, GRI) and carbon accounting standards
- Experience with circular economy implementation and lifecycle assessment tools
- Strong stakeholder management skills with C-suite and external partners
- Data proficiency in sustainability metrics platforms (e.g., Watershed, Persefoni)
- Deep understanding of climate science and planetary boundaries framework
- Certification in Sustainable Management (e.g., CAM, ISSP) preferred
